Warranty Policy
Osteorelieve provides a one year warranty for our products from the date it was purchased.
The limited warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse or abuse, accident or mishandling. It does not cover product not used in accordance with user manual instructions.
If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product or necessary components from free of charge.
